Set up SuperSig.ai
From signup to your team’s signatures in Gmail, and your first banner campaign. SuperSig.ai works with Google Workspace. Outlook for Microsoft 365 is available through the Outlook add-in once SuperSig.ai has enabled it for your account.
1.Sign up and create your organization
Sign up with your work email or Google account, then create your organization with your company’s email domain (for example, acme.com). Every new organization gets a 30-day free trial with full access; no credit card required.
2.Connect Google Workspace (once, by a Google super admin)
SuperSig.ai writes signatures into Gmail through a service account. A super admin of your Google Workspace allows it once:
- Open the Google Admin console.
- Go to Security → Access and data control → API controls.
- Click Manage Domain Wide Delegation, then Add new.
- Paste SuperSig.ai’s client ID and OAuth scopes, then click Authorize.

Google usually applies the change within minutes; occasionally it takes longer.
3.Create a signature template
On Templates, start from a starter design or build your own. Use variables such as {{name}}, {{title}} and {{phone}}; they fill in for each person.
4.Add your team and assign templates
On Team, add people, then assign a template person by person or to a whole department at once.
5.Deploy, then check Signature health
Deploy to write the signatures into each person’s Gmail. Signature health then shows, mailbox by mailbox, whether Gmail holds exactly what SuperSig.ai deployed, and it’s checked again every night.
6.Run your first banner campaign
Make a banner in the Banner library: pick a ready-made design (webinar, event, launch, case study and more) and type your words, or upload your own image. Then on Campaigns, choose it from the library, set its link, who sees it and when it runs, and save. SuperSig.ai adds the banner to those signatures and tracks impressions and clicks. Campaigns are included in your free trial and on the Growth and Pro plans.
