Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

SuperSig.ai (“the Service”) is operated by Twenty6 Red, Inc., 1660 Hotel Circle N #175, San Diego, CA 92108, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use SuperSig.ai to create, manage, and deploy professional email signatures for lawful business communications. You are responsible for all content you create and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (signatures, templates, campaign materials). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Billing

Every new organization gets a 30-day free trial; no credit card is required. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the organization moves to the free plan. Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSig.ai’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@twenty6red.com.
