By using SuperSig.ai (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use SuperSig.ai to create, manage, and deploy professional email signatures for lawful business communications. You are responsible for all content you create and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or use the Service to build a competing product.
You retain ownership of all content you create (signatures, templates, campaign materials). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process that content to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time from your Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSig.ai’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account Settings.
