1. What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: name, work email address, and any content you create on the platform (email signatures, templates, campaign data). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used, via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to operate and improve SuperSig.ai, send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts), and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us operate our platform (database hosting, email delivery, payment processing via Stripe). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in the United States on encrypted infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@twenty6red.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

7. SuperSig Chrome Extension

The SuperSig extension for Chrome shows the right signature banner in Gmail for each recipient's company. To do that:

• It reads the To and Cc addresses in the Gmail message you are writing, inside your browser, to choose a banner. It never reads Bcc, and it does not send recipient addresses or message content to SuperSig.
• It finds your signature in the message and changes only its banner. It does not change the rest of the message, and it does not collect or send the message text.
• It keeps a sign-in token and your organization's list of banners in Chrome's local storage, and fetches that list from supersig.ai.
• It sends SuperSig usage counts linked to your account, such as how many messages it saw and how many banners it changed, plus its version number, so we can spot problems (for example, after Gmail changes). These counts contain no addresses or message content.
• When a banner is chosen for a recipient's company, its link carries that company's domain (for example, acme.com). If the recipient clicks the banner, we record the click with that domain so your organization can see which companies clicked. We do not record the recipient's email address.

The extension's use of this information is limited to choosing and reporting on signature banners. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to determine creditworthiness.
