Getting started

  1. Sign up with your work email or Google account.
  2. Create a signature template from a starter design or your own.
  3. Assign it to people individually or by department, then deploy it to their Gmail.

SuperSig.ai deploys signatures to Gmail for Google Workspace. Outlook for Microsoft 365 works through the Outlook add-in, which is available once SuperSig.ai has enabled it for your account (see the Outlook add-in entry below). The setup guide walks through every step, including connecting Google Workspace.

Do I approve what the agents do?

Banner copy help (Pro) drafts headlines and buttons in your brand voice, and you approve every word. The nightly health check tells your admins when a signature has drifted, and an admin chooses whether to restore it. Campaigns and banner rotation follow the dates and rules you set.

Outlook add-in for Microsoft 365

The Outlook add-in puts each person’s SuperSig.ai signature on every new message. A Microsoft 365 admin installs it once for the whole company; nobody installs anything or signs in. It is available once SuperSig.ai has enabled it for your account.

  1. In SuperSig.ai, open Settings and download the add-in file (/outlook-addin/manifest.xml).
  2. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Settings, Integrated apps, then Upload custom apps. Choose Office Add-in and upload the file.
  3. Choose who gets it (everyone, or specific groups), then confirm.
  4. Wait for Microsoft to roll it out, which can take up to 24 hours. People may need to restart Outlook.

Works in Outlook on the web, the new Outlook, and classic Outlook for Windows (the add-in must come from the admin center; sideloading is not enough on classic Outlook). Mobile Outlook is not covered yet.

Free trial and plans

Every new organization starts with a 30-day free trial with full access; no credit card required. After the trial, choose a monthly or annual plan on the pricing page or from Billing in the app. If you don’t subscribe, your organization moves to the free plan (one signature template) and keeps its data.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Billing in the app. Cancelling stops renewal: you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise; see our Terms of Service. If you think you were charged in error, email support@twenty6red.com and we’ll look into it.

Your account and data

To export, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, email support@twenty6red.com from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
